The meeting began at 5pm.

	No representative was present.

	No matters were discussed.

9.	Any Other Business
	HT confirmed that she would put together a comprehensive list of Committees and their representatives for ease of reference for anyone who wanted it.	HT
	Due to the lack of representatives present at the meeting, it was commented that all Committees should be urged to meet regularly and to take more responsibility.	Shepherds

There being no other business, the meeting closed with a prayer.
The date for the next meeting was set for Sunday 2^nd November at 5pm at Jury’s Inn, Broad Street.
