The following groups form the main 'structure' of the church. Aside from the legal requirements placed upon us, we aim to maintain as 'flat' a structure as possible. The idea behind this being to engage as many people as possible and encourage responsibility, faith and action.
From time to time special announcements or decisions will be made and these will be available here if possible.
The Trustees oversee the administration, legal and financial requirements of being a Charitable Trust.

We have been very fortunate to have our prayers answered and for God to bless us with some great people to guide and help us.
Andy and Tammy Fleming have joined us from Los Angeles as Evangelist and Women's Ministry Leader respectively.
David Sandstrom is training under Andy's leadership and will be primarily involved with the students' ministry. We are very grateful to the Helsinki church for their support and we pray that they reap the benefits when David returns.
The Shepherds oversee the church's spiritual needs.

Those with a passion for a specific need in the church can set up a little organising group (as 'unoffical' as needs be). These groups will be expected to report back occasionally to the Shepherds or the Trustees to ensure the church's needs are met and to provide stability.

During the week groups of people who live near each other may meet up in their homes or elsewhere for fun, fellowship, bible study, prayer or whatever the need is.
