The following groups form the main 'structure' of the church. Aside from the legal requirements placed upon us, we aim to maintain as 'flat' a structure as possible. The idea behind this being to engage as many people as possible and encourage responsibility, faith and action.
From time to time special announcements or decisions will be made and these will be available here if possible.
The Trustees oversee the administration, legal and financial requirements of being a Charitable Trust.

Our thanks in the past year go to David Sandstrom, who has now returned to Helsinki following 14 months with us as an intern. Also in the summer of 2009 we hosted David Mobbs and Naomi Hill as interns working primarilly with our teen ministry.

Those with a passion for a specific need in the church can set up a little organising group (as 'unoffical' as needs be). These groups will be expected to report back occasionally to the Shepherds or the Trustees to ensure the church's needs are met and to provide stability.

During the week groups of people who live near each other may meet up in their homes or elsewhere for fun, fellowship, bible study, prayer or whatever the need is.
