| Due to logistics problems the purchase of a pay-as-you-go phone for Lesrine Edwards to use for church business has been delayed. SB stated that he would attend to this matter. | SB | |
| SB carried out the Fire risk assessment at the Office. He is awaiting a response from Access Storage. A copy of his letter is to be put on file. | SB | |

| The planning for the church holiday in Ambleside is now well under way. | ||

| 5. | Employment of Minister | |
| Flemings next visit 23-25 April. It is planned that they should spend the 23rd overnight in Leicester and then travel to Birmingham to meet with remaining Trustees on the evening of the 24th and with the church on the evening of the 25th. | JO | |
| A draft contract of employment was presented and discussed. Amendments were made including the calculation of the hourly rate of pay as suggested by A. Fleming. JO to seek estimated moving costs. The draft job specification document is also available for comment. JO has received CVs and letters of reference and recommendation for the Flemings. | JO | |
