| SB reported that Lesrine Edwards now has a mobile phone for her use in church business | ||
| SB still awaits a response from Access Storage with regard to the Fire Risk Assessment. | ||
| 3. | Shepherds Items | |
| The next Shepherds and Trustees Meeting is to be 9.00 – 5.00 on the 23rd June 2007. Roger Spence is asked to book a venue. | ||
| A small quantity of Covenant forms has been handed to Duncan Lawrence. He has yet to enter them on the spreadsheet. | ||
| The final payment for the Ambleside Holiday is required by the 22nd June. A query was raised about the charge for children under 2 years. | MD | |

| Monthly spreadsheet – MD reported that no bank statements had been received therefore the spreadsheet could not be updated. | ||
| MD reported that GAD income of £6620.35 had been received from HMRC covering the period July-December 2006. She noted that the forms had changed and that in future we must collect the income from accounting periods in line with the Tax year. | ||
| AT is preparing the accounts for the end of the MCoC business year of 2006. These must be sent to Stewardship for examination before inclusion in the Annual Report. | AT | |
