| The Minutes from the meeting held on 19th June 2007 were agreed and duly signed by Marilyn Dean who acted as chair for that particular meeting. | ||

| The Stewardship organisation is running a course called “Sharpening” in November for Trustees and others concerned with church business. It was agreed that MD should attend and that Andy Chapman be invited to join her to gain more knowledge about the role of a Trustee. | ||

| SB has approached an insurance broker for insurance for the minibus and is awaiting a quote. Warner Baker had confirmed that the Mini Bus seat belts met the width criteria for children. Some of the work required to prepare the minibus for the church’s use is now complete. We still need to have the respray and wording added. | SB | |

| The meeting is grateful to God that the Flemings have arrived and that the employment formalities are being completed. Contact has been made with the Inland Revenue and payroll instructions have been received. | ||

| International Leadership Conference. MEWS (Middle East World Sector) is sponsoring the Flemings to attend this. The Ogunshakins will attend on behalf of the MCoC congregations. It is hoped that both couples will be able to report material of instruction and encouragement to both congregations upon their return. | ||
