| The MCOC fellowship had been invited to attend a special concert and service in Manchester on the 19th to 20th June. As the event is to be held on a farm a request was made to budget an assistance package of £250.00 for portable toilets: Approved and included in Birmingham-gen-misc. | ||

| Leicester: estimate of funds saved to 2008. A model for estimating the contribution to MCoC by both the Leicester and Birmingham congregations was tabled and discussed. The amounts listed by the GAD reclaimed were queried and MD agreed to rework these for accuracy. | ||

| The model for estimating Leicester's accrued income from 2003-2008 appeared to show a healthy balance. Consequently the possibility of an intern to work with the students of Leicester was raised. Leicester currently has 2 student disciples, one student studying the Bible and likely to be baptised and 2 student disciples coming from the USA for short courses starting in January 2010. | ||
| A memo was presented to the Board by the Flemings, which had previously been received by the Shepherds detailing the Flemings proposal to work more hours for MCoC as they now work fewer for MEWS and no longer work for the East Region of the London Congregation. MD agreed to cost this proposal and amend the spreadsheet for 2010 accordingly. | MD | |

| Legal fees for assistance to change the nature of the Charity: this item was not budgeted at this time. | ||

| In the light of the changes to the way the finances are to be divided, a meeting of the Trustees (and Flemings) with Leicester Leadership Team was proposed for explanation and discussion. This meeting to take place on Thursday 21st January 2010 at a central venue in Leicester. | ||
| It was agreed that the risk assessment of the office be reviewed with the use of the office changing from 2010. | SB | |

| Financial spreadsheets were tabled showing the effect on the church wide finances up to and including 2012. | ||
| It was decided to go ahead with the Flemings' proposal for 2 years with a review in December 2010. | ||
| The plan to divide the total budget between Leicester and Birmingham churches was reviewed and it was decided that the Flemings' salary should be split approx 10% to Leicester and 90% to Birmingham. | ||
